EmailZap offers a 30 day free trial. You don't need a credit card for signing up. Once 30 day trial expires, you will have the option to pay $5/month to continue using EmailZap.
How accurate is EmailZap at categorizing my Email?
EmailZap is designed to accurately categorize emails based on an AI algorithm that analyses various factors. But like any AI-based system, it may not be perfect. If you notice any emails that have been categorized incorrectly, you can easily move them back to your inbox with just one click, and our system will learn from this feedback to improve its accuracy in the future
Will EmailZap delete any of my Emails
No, EmailZap will not and cannot delete any of your emails. It only categorise incoming emails into the inbox or low priority, based on their importance
Can I signup with my corporate google account?
Yes, you can sign up for EmailZap with your corporate Google account. Our product seamlessly integrates with Gmail and supports all Google account types, including personal and corporate accounts. Please note that some corporate Google accounts may have additional security settings or restrictions that could affect the performance of our product. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to our support team for assistance
I regularly unsubcribe from unwanted emails. Why should I still use EmailZap?
Unsubscribing from unwanted emails is a great way to reduce clutter in your inbox. However, there are still some emails that you might want to keep but don't require immediate attention. This is where EmailZap can help. Additionally, if you have multiple accounts, you will need to unsubscribe each of your accounts which is a very time consuming process. Lastly, multiple email senders make it extremely difficult to unsubscribe.
I already use Gmail's priority inbox. How would EmailZap add value to me?
Emailzap seamlessly integrates with Gmail's Priority Inbox feature, enhancing its functionality and improving email management. While Priority Inbox focuses on sorting emails, Emailzap ensures that only important emails are available for Gmail to sort in the first place. Priority inbox sorting combined with Emailzap’s categorisation ensure that only the most important mails show up at the top of your inbox. 
How is EmailZap different from Gmail's inbuilt categorisation?
EmailZap stands out from Gmail's inbuilt spam filter in several ways. Firstly, it unlike Gmail or Outlook's global sender profiles, EmailZap customises its rules to prioritise emails based on individual preferences. If you like reading promotional emails from a sender, EmailZap will send those emails in your inbox. Additionally, It demonstrates intelligence by ensuring that important emails, such as OTPs or order confirmations, are delivered to the inbox. Lastly, it ensures that important emails are not missed through a daily digest feature, providing a summary of low-priority emails to quickly identify any missed crucial information
Does EmailZap work with all email providers
No, EmailZap only works with Gmail at the moment. However, we are working on expanding our product to other email providers in the future.
Will EmailZap work on my Gmail mobile app
Yes, EmailZap works on the Gmail mobile app for both Android and iOS devices
Is my personal data secure with EmailZap
Yes, your personal data is secure with EmailZap. Firstly, we use Google's secure authentication protocol to access your Gmail account. This protocol ensures that only authorized applications can access your account and that your login credentials are never shared with third-party applications.Secondly, we use advanced encryption and security protocols to protect your data while it's being transmitted to and from our servers. We also use industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure. Lastly, we never store your emails and any meta data that we store is encrypted.
How long will my emails stay on your servers?
At EmailZap, we prioritise the security and privacy of our users' data. Therefore, we do not store the content of your emails on our servers, only the metadata necessary for the categorisation process. We keep this metadata as long as you are an EmailZap customer, and if you choose to remove the bot, we will delete this metadata from our servers
